Four fans, three from Scotland and a proud Yorkshireman, share their experience of following America’s game at home and abroad. The football loving fans from across the pond get into America’s game and seek to understand, explain and enjoy it from a lifetimes experience of watching traditional British sports. The Bullpen bros are rooting for the Detroit Tigers, Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox. During the 2023 season we’ll bring you a regular review to help you not just understand what’s happened but importantly help you understand the simple yet complex game. We’ll give you our Heroes, Villains, Highlights, Fantasy Baseball update and our Triple AAA, Ask About Anything to help us all learn. Plenty of laughs along the way and mascot Hamish the Highland Bull makes regular appearances!

Play ball! Episode 4 of the Highland Bullpen Baseball Podcast has landed.
The Bullpen bros Alan, Dave, Richard and Dave Junior are back with episode 4. These four football (soccer) fans from Scotland bring a unique perspective, comparing their love of Major League Baseball to their years of following sports across the world, from the Arctic Circle to Papua New Guinea.
This episode sees the bullpen pros compare the different approaches of MLB and the Scottish football authorities to ensuring their seasons survive the COVID challenge. Spoiler alert...there is only one winner.

Plus there's an Extra Innings feature after the show's official close. That features an 'as live' look back on how Detroit Tigers diehard Alan and Chicago White Sox fan Dave Junior got on watching the recent series decider between their two teams as it happened.
